Scholarships

³ÉÈËÊÓÆµ seeks to recognise, support and promote talented young people. A scholarship provides exceptional students with the opportunity to start or continue their education at the College that fosters each student's potential. These scholarships are awarded based on academic excellence and the demonstration of outstanding character, which includes qualities such as integrity, leadership, initiative, and compassion for others. More information about each available Scholarship and Bursary can be found below.

The Academic Scholarship

Merit-based / Entering Year 7 - Year 12 in 2028

All Academic Scholarship applicants are required to:

  • Submit the Scholarship Application Form
  • Register for the EDUTEST Scholarship Exam to be held in February 2027
  • Provide evidence of high levels of academic achievement throughout their schooling

Academic Scholarships providing remission of tuition fees are available to new and existing students commencing at ³ÉÈËÊÓÆµ in 2028.

Tenure: 

For students sitting the Academic Scholarships for Year 7 the tenure of the Scholarship is for Years 7 – 9.

Following a successful review of the Scholarship at the conclusion of Year 9 an application for continuation of the Scholarship will be considered. For students sitting the application for Year 10 the tenure of the Scholarship is for Years 10 – 12.

Scholarships will be reviewed each semester and are subject to continued excellence in academic performance and adherence to the College policies and procedures. Recipients will be required to meet high academic standards each semester and to participate in the cocurricular program offered by the College.

Sport Scholarships

Merit-based / Entering Year 7 - Year 12 in 2028

All Sport Scholarship applicants are required to:

  • Submit the Scholarship Application Form
  • Register for the EDUTEST Scholarship Exam to be held in February 2027
  • Candidates must be competing at (or progressing towards) State, National or the highest possible level in at least one sporting activity (team or individual) that is offered in the Concordia College sports program

The Arts Scholarships

Merit-based / Entering Year 7 - Year 12 in 2028

All Arts Scholarship applicants are required to:

  • Submit the Scholarship Application Form
  • Register for the EDUTEST Scholarship Exam to be held in February 2027
  • Candidates will have evidence of achievements and examinations at a high level in their chosen Arts discipline — Music, Drama, Dance or Visual Arts

Boarding Scholarships

Merit-based

All Boarding Scholarship applicants are required to:

  • Submit the Scholarship Application Form
  • Register for the EDUTEST Scholarship Exam to be held in February 2027
  • Candidates for the Boarding Scholarship will have demonstrated commitment to their studies and extra-curricular activities. They must be based in a rural or regional location and be applying for a position as a boarding student at ³ÉÈËÊÓÆµ
